What is your current ship time?
Our current processing time is 3-4 weeks however, we do try to get orders out as soon as possible. Please note that processing time does not include ship time.
Estimated Shipping Times:
Canada (Domestic): approximately 3-7 business days and up to 14 days
United States: approximately 5-8 business days and up to 21 days not including time it might take to clear customs
International Orders: approximately 10-14 business days and sometimes up to 4-6 weeks
Can I use more than one coupon code?
Multiple coupon codes cannot be combined. As per Shopify's policy, there is only one coupon code allowed per order.
Can I still use a coupon after I've placed my order?
Coupon codes cannot be applied to past orders and orders that have already been placed. Please make sure that you are adding them at checkout before you process your payment.

If you have placed multiple orders and we have not packaged your initial order, please send us an email to email@example.com with your order numbers and we will try to accommodate the request. Please note that during sales, combining orders will not be permitted.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase as long as we have not started processing it. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges however, if you have any issues or concerns about your order, please feel free to contact by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
What are your stickers made out of?
Our stickers are kiss cut on adhesive glitter vinyl and backed onto card stock and are ready to use in your planner.
Why does the colour look different?
Please note that due to the variation between computer monitors, the actual colours of the sticker you receive could vary from what you see on your screen. In addition, glitter production varies, so please note that there could be some variations between orders with specific colours.
Can I change my address?
Please make sure that all of your information is correct before you submit your order. We are unable to make any changes once it has been placed. In the event an order is sent back, the customer is responsible to pay all expenses to resend the order. In addition, we are not responsible if a forwarding address is not honoured, but is returned to us instead.
Can I use "Un Du"?
Please note that using 'Un Du' can cause the adhesive to come off. We suggest using tweezers to gently peel up the headers to adjust.
Why are there small scratches on my vinyl stickers?
Due to the nature of vinyl, please note that there might be slight imperfections such as markings, scratches or adhesive residue.
